Building A Sustainable Singapore

Our first step was to target a significant problem in Singapore.

 

Singpore has limited options for renewble energy. With low wind speeds, low mean tidal wave and geo thermal energy not being an economically viable option, we are only left with solar energy which still requires time before it becomes commercially viable. Our research has also led us to find that Singapore had one of the highest electrical consumption per capital, 8,404.23kWh.

 

Therefore, we need to create a sustainable culture in Singapore so as to reduce our eletrical consumption and hence reduce singapores impact on the environment.
